Why flexibility matters in your printing contracts

How UNI did a deep dive into a company’s significant printing costs and saved $10s of thousands a year.

Overview

The client was a financial institution with multiple branches who had some prior success with systemic spending reviews and wanted to examine what they considered to be high printing costs across their system. We undertook an audit and analysis of equipment leases, software spend and consumables usage.

“We had done a holistic spending audit in the past, but not recently. We knew we could save some money from tightening things up but we weren’t sure where to look first, or where the largest savings could be realized or what the current industry norms were for various items. After their review, they saved us a lot of money and then paid themselves out of those savings. We can’t complain about that.”
